The Claw Challenge

Exclusive to The LOHAS Little Captain, The Claw Challenge gives participants the chance to grab a lucky ball and redeem exciting rewards! How to Participate:
1️⃣Each The LOHAS Little Captain can enjoy one complimentary game chance during the promotion period. (Scan the designated QR code at the event site to receive an event ePass)
2️⃣Members can redeem one additional game chance with 200 MTR Points. Each MTR Mobile user can redeem a maximum of five (5) game chances throughout the entire event period.

Bluey & Bingo Meet-and-Greet

Get ready for the appearance of Bluey and her little sister Bingo! They are coming to The LOHAS for an unforgettable meet-and-greet experience. Visit the L3 Atrium during designated sessions and present your “Little Captain ePass” to get a chance to take photos with Bluey and little sister Bingo, and create special memories with your beloved characters.
Date: Every Saturday from 1 August to 5 September
Sessions: 2pm and 3:30pm (30 minutes per session)

Quotas for all activities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants must present a valid “Little Captain ePass” in the MTR Mobile App for verification. Screenshots and photocopies will not be accepted.

All activities are open exclusively to registered MTR Mobile users who have successfully enrolled as “The LOHAS Little Captain”.
Participants must present the corresponding “Little Captain ePass” in the MTR Mobile App for verification before participating. Screenshots and photocopies will not be accepted.
Activity quotas and prize quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
The organiser and The LOHAS reserve the right to amend event arrangements, content, and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the organiser and The LOHAS shall be final.

The Claw Challenge Terms & Conditions

The event period runs from 31 July to 13 September 2026, both dates inclusive (herein referred to as “Event period”).
Each Member is entitled to one complimentary game chance during the event period and may redeem additional chances with 200 MTR Points per game, up to a maximum of five (5) redeemed chances per Member throughout the event period.
Winning a prize depends on the participant's individual skill and performance. The LOHAS Management Office does not guarantee that participants will successfully win a prize.
Participants who successfully retrieve the lucky ball will receive the corresponding prize. Daily prize quantities are limited and available while stocks last.
All prizes are distributed randomly and cannot be exchanged, returned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted for other items.
The use of mall e-coupons, merchant e-coupons, and physical merchant vouchers is subject to the respective terms and conditions of the individual merchants. Please refer to the details stated on the coupons or contact the relevant merchants directly.
Any defects, deficiencies, claims, issues, damages, or losses relating to the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the respective suppliers or service providers. Participants with questions or complaints regarding prizes should contact the relevant supplier directly. The LOHAS accepts no responsibility in this regard.
