The LOHAS - FunFit Summerland

1. Participants must obtain entry tickets through the on-site queue machine. Daily slots for each session are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Participants must be aged 3 or above or have a height of 80 cm or above. Height measurements will be determined by staff and are not subject to dispute.
3. Each ticket must be used by an adult aged 18 or above accompanying a child aged 3 or above, who must be monitored and cared for throughout the activity. The organizers only provide venue facilities services and is not responsible for childcare.
4. To ensure eligibility, participants may be required to provide proof of age or height.
5. All individuals must comply with the designated date and time to enter the venue, and substitutions are not allowed once inside. Failure to arrive at the designated time will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation, and electronic tickets will not be reissued.
6. For hygiene reason, all participants must wear socks. Additionally, the mall strongly recommends that children wear non-slip socks to prevent falls. Adult companion should ensure that children avoid wearing clothing that could easily come off, become overly revealing, or pose a choking hazard.
7. Adult companion must be responsible for the safety of their children at the venue and bear full responsibility for taking care of accompanying children.
8. Adult companion needs to guide and supervise their accompanying children and do not run, push, fight, bully, litter or defecate in the field and shall ensure that their children follow the instructions of staff, otherwise, they may be asked to refrain from playing in the venue.
9. Strollers, pushchairs, shopping carts, storage bins with wheels, luggage, or any bulky items are not allowed inside the venue.
10. Before entering the venue, all shoes, badges, jewelry (such as large earrings and necklaces) and any sharp objects must be removed from all participants to prevent damaging the venue and any related equipment as well as to avoid the risk of injuring the participant to whom such items belong and of other participants.
11. This event is subject to terms and conditions. Changes may be made without prior notice. Please pay attention to the latest announcements.

Hygiene and Safety

1. All facilities undergo regular cleaning
2. The venue must be kept clean. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited, and no food (including chewing gum) or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
3. Littering, spitting, or any other unhygienic behavior is strictly prohibited.
4. The use of obscene language or conduct deemed indecent, offensive, disturbing, or inappropriate is prohibited on the premises.
5. The organizer reserve the right to refuse entry or expel anyone who may pose a risk of spreading illness, or who exhibits aggressive or violent behavior.
6. Please do not obstruct or interfere with the staff while they are performing their duties or enforcing venue rules.
7. If participants are feeling unwell, please notify venue staff immediately.
8. The organizer does not assume any responsibility for injuries caused by improper use of facilities by participants.
9. To ensure the safety of all participants, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.

Personal Belongings

1. When entering the venue to play, participants should take care of their personal belongings and avoid bringing any valuables into the venue. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage.
2. The organizer reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed property without prior notice.

Facilities

1. Quotas apply. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of spots per session.
2. Each game session lasts 20 minutes. All participants must arrive 10 minutes before their designated time to complete check in. Late arrivals may enter but cannot be granted extra time.
3. The organizer will regularly assign personnel to inspect and maintain the facilities. If participants notice any damage to any facilities in the venue, please notify the venue staff immediately.

Arrangements under Bad Weather Conditions

The activities will be cancelled in the situation where Black Rainstorm Signal or T8 and above typhoon signal. Tickets of the event day will expire and will not be reissued. Please refer to the table below for information on arrangements under bad weather conditions.

Precautions

1. Young children should not play alone, especially when climbing and landing, as they may require adult supervision.
2. Adult companion with children who are suffering from any injuries, skin diseases, illness, fever, heart condition, neck or spinal problems MUST refrain from letting their children play on the event and shall be solely responsible for the safety and well-being of their children, if they fail to heed to this warning. Organizer reserves the right to refuse the entry of any children to play in/on the playground on the grounds of safety for the child concerned and/or for the safety of other participating children if the organizer becomes aware of any of the aforesaid conditions affecting any of the participating children.
3. All Participants are requested to follow the instructions of the on-site staff. If there are repeated failures to comply, the staff reserves the right to refuse entry or expel participants from the venue.
4. You acknowledge and accept that the organizer is at liberty to make any changes or adjustments to the rules and format of this event from time to time without giving prior notice. In the event of any disputes arising out of this event. The organizer shall have the full and final say on all matters concerning this event. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Safety Guidelines and Disclaimer

1. There may be numerous risks and dangers associated with the rides, and any participants, regardless of their use or misuse of the rides, may pose significant risks to themselves and others. Please carefully read the House Rules before entering and using the venue, expressly assuming and accepting all risks that may arise from its use.
2. Please comply with the restrictions on the use of the venue, which include but are not limited to limitations on the number of users, age restrictions, admission instructions, and health and safety guidelines. Any violation of the rules and instructions provided by the staff on-site will increase the risk of accidents and may result in injury.
3. The supplier, venue owner, or operator of the venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or accident arising from the use of the ride. Please take full responsibility for any potential consequences.
4. Participants (adults and children) entering the venue agree to waive any liability for personal injury or death that may occur as a result of participating in the activities. This includes injuries or property damage caused by the negligence of the operators or the actions of other participants.
5. If any loss occurs due to negligence or other actions during the event, you agree to indemnify and protect the operators from any legal claims or costs, including reasonable legal fees.
6. Please consider the age, height, maturity, strength, weight, health condition, and other attributes for self, companions, or children under your care when choosing to participate. Adults are responsible for the safe custody and care of their children and possessions.
7. By joining the event, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to the House Rules and are bound by them.
