Event Details:

• Date: 4-6, 12-13, 18-21, 26-27 April, 1-5 May 2025 (Weekend and Public Holiday)
• Time: 12:00 - 20:00 (Each session lasts 25 minutes)
• Venue: L3 Atrium, The LOHAS
• Admission details: MTR Mobile members can redeem an event pass in the MTR Mobile by MTR points or bring an original receipt together with the payment slip of a single electronic spending of The LOHAS.

^Each MTR Mobile member can redeem a maximum of 6 tickets.
Please arrive at the venue (L3 Atrium, The LOHAS) to register 5 minutes before the start time. Failure to arrive at the designated time will be considered as abandonment of the reservation. MTR points will not be refunded. Booking terms and conditions are subject to the Chinese version of The LOHAS website.

^#A maximum of 4 participants per session, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Participants must be between the ages of 2 and 12, with a height of less than 120cm are required to be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old. Each adult can only accompany one participant. If participants need to be accompanied by an adult, please redeem the event pass and submit the booking form for the same session again.

Method of Participation

• Each session lasts 25 minutes; The maximum capacity of each session is 15 people. Please refer to the notice on the venue for the detailed schedule. All participants must follow the instructions of the staff to leave the venue at the end of each session.

• Participants must be between the ages of 2 and 12, with a height of less than 120cm is required to be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old. The height measurement is based on the staff's calculation. No objection is allowed. Proof of age may be required to ensure eligibility.
• Entry piority will be given to the MTR Mobile event pass holders, then the on-site registrants.
• Please arrive at the venue (L3 Atrium, The LOHAS) to register 5 minutes before the start time. Failure to arrive at the designated time will be considered as abandonment of the reservation. Slots quota limited, first come, first served. MTR points will not be refunded for late appointment. Booking terms and conditions are subject to the Traditional Chinese version of The LOHAS website.
• On-site registration slots will be opened 5 minutes after the start of each session depends on the conditions. To register on-site, bring an original receipts of a single electronic spending of HK$200 or more for entry. If the participant require adult accompanies, bring an original receipts of a single electronic spending of HK$300 or more. This is on a first-come, first-served basis, while slots last. The LOHAS reserves the right to determine whether on-site registrations will be accepted and retains final interpretation rights.
• The LOHAS reserves the right to photocopy and stamp the front side of all original eligible receipts for record-keeping purpose. Merchants at The LOHAS may refuse refunds if receipts have been stamped for redemption.
• All valid merchant imprinted receipts and original electronic payment receipts must be from single-day transactions and clearly state the date, merchant name, purchased items, and payment method. Photocopies or electronic images will not be accepted.
• Under yellow/red rainstorm warnings and signal No. 1 / signal No. 3 for strong winds: The venue will remain open as normal.
• Event will be cancelled in the situation where Black Rainstorm Signal or T8 and above typhoon signal were hoisted 4 hours in advance of starting date and time. Related MTR Points will return to participants’ account within 10 working days.
• Participants understand and agree that participation in the event is voluntary and at their own risk. Each participant agrees to absolve the Organizer and any sponsor and/or supporting organizations from any and all liabilities arising from bodily injuries, accidents, death, personal belongings loss or other losses during or caused by travelling to and from the event venue during the event or whatsoever reason.
• Participants understand and agree that there may be photo shooting and/or video during the event, without prior consent from you, and that the photos and/or videos will be used for reporting, promotion or other purposes as The LOHAS and the organizer deem appropriate.
• This event is subject to terms and conditions. The event is subject to change without prior notice.

Important note

• Individuals with open wounds, physical discomfort, heart conditions, or neck and spinal issues are not allowed to participate. Parents or guardians must assess their children's physical and mental well-being to determine their suitability for participation.
• For safety reasons, all participants are required to wear socks. All hats, badges, jewellery, neck accessories, lanyards, sharp objects, and valuable items must be removed before entering the event venue.
• Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited within the event venue.
• Please maintain cleanliness within the venue. In case of vomiting, liquid spills, or excrement, we reserve the right to charge the responsible individuals for cleaning and disinfection costs.
• Participants are prohibited from pushing or engaging in any dangerous behaviour that may jeopardize the safety of other attendees within the event venue.
• During the event, participants must adhere to the supervision and instructions of the staff. Staff reserve the right to refuse entry to those who do not comply with guidelines or rules.
• Participants are responsible for understanding and accepting the risks associated with the event. By participating, individuals agree that The LOHAS is not liable for any claims or legal responsibilities stemming from accidents or injuries.
• The LOHAS reserves the right to seek compensation for damages caused by participants due to improper, careless, or malicious use of the event facilities, as well as for failure to comply with the terms and conditions or the instructions of staff. The LOHAS shall not be held responsible for any injuries resulting from the aforementioned situations.
