Terms and Conditions

  1. Only one extra hour of free parking can be redeemed per car entry, in maximum of 2 times per day, and bounded by free parking redemption maximum hours
  2. The extra hour only applies to the vehicle identical to the car plate on the valid digital/physical free parking redemption receipt and applies only to the same mall as on the parking redemption receipt.
  3. Customer must demonstrate valid physical/digital proof of free parking redemption receipt at the Customer Service Counter.

  4. Customers should follow the rules and regulations of Carpark Service and Sinopec Special Parking Privileges are restricted by respective MTR Malls Free Parking Terms & Conditions

  5. MTR Malls Management Office reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms and conditions of Complimentary Parking without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTR Malls Management Office shall be final.
  6. The HK$100 eCoupon only applicable to participating shops from Fashion, Shoes & Bags, Sports, Kids Wear, Optical, Beauty, Watch & Jewellery and Electronic & Telecommunication category and LOUDER physical store in Telford Plaza, Maritime Square, PopCorn, The LOHAS, The Wai and THE SOUTHSIDE upon every net spending (deducted all eVouchers / Cash Vouchers) HK$500 or above.
