Octopus - Easy Park Auto Payment Service

Simply apply and activate the service^ once to enjoy the seamless parking experience!

*Only supporting customers using Octopus Card on iPhone or Apple Watch in the first phase.

1. Download Octopus App - Click “More” in the Octopus App and you will find the “Easy Park” Auto-Payment Service.

    2. Registration - Read the service introduction and accept the “Terms and Conditions”. Then, input your vehicle plate number to link with your Octopus Card.

      3. Activation - Tap your registered Octopus at an Octopus reader at the entrance to The LOHAS’s car  park for the service activation. The service will be effective 30 minutes after you activate the service.

      ^Customers must download the latest version of the Octopus App in order to apply for Octopus Easy Park Auto-Payment Service.

        Terms and Conditions

        1. Applicable to Hourly Carpark at The LOHAS.
        2. Parking time will be calculated on an hourly basis. Parking for less than 1 hour is also counted as 1 hour.
        3. If there is any difference in parking time, all are subject to the final decision of The LOHAS Car Park. In case of any disputes, The LOHAS reserves the right of final decision.
        4. If customer cannot register and activate this service, please contact Octopus Customer Service Hotline at 2266 2222.
        5. This service can register one license plate number and link with one Octopus Card only. 
        6. The parking fees will be deducted from the linked Octopus Card at this service after you exit. 
        7. Customers should follow the rules and regulations of Carpark Service. 
        8. Customers should make sure the Octopus Card linked to this service has sufficient remaining value to settle the parking fee. 
        9. This service is only applicable for the customers using Octopus Card on iPhone or Apple Watch.
